MIDWEEK HEADLINES
It appears several shops in the Leverstock Green area the sales rocketed of balloons and candles this week and I hear the local fire brigade were on high alert as a certain and very popular Chairwoman celebrated a big day. Belated birthday greetings Emma, my lips are sealed on the number of candles on that cake.

Midweek brought about 42 goals from the 12 games (an average of 3.50 per game). Joe Hankins (Crawley Green) netting the only hat trick.

AND FINALLY
Harefield United led the way on the Twittersphere in midweek with this one – Well I missed that finishing my pint, 25 seconds and Flackwell lead 1-0, the other that caught my eye came from (whisper it quietly the Premier League) was this one from a fan at Liverpool on Tuesday – Man United players wearing gloves in mid-April. It was at this point the match was lost.
