Work Party, Volunteers & Kit-Man Required

Rangers are calling for volunteers for this weekend, 1st & 2nd June, to help with general maintenance at the Kamtech Stadium. Anyone with skills in painting, building, mowing, weeding, cleaning, plumbing, mending, sweeping, digging, strimming, making tea or going shopping in Screwfix will be gratefully received with free drinks and snacks. You don't even have to be skilled in any of the above, just happy to have a go! Work begins at 10am on both Saturday and Sunday and you can work for as long or short a time as suits you and on either both days or just one of them, no obligation. You will be met by someone skilled in all of the above (me) who can instruct you in whatever takes your fancy. In the main, tools and materials will be provided, however it is always helpful if you can bring some tools too. If you fancy getting involved just turn up when it suits you and ask for Bob. Its a great way to get to know others and it's not bad exercise too!

The club are also looking for volunteers for match-days and behind the scene. We need people who are social media savvy for our media work and possibly a podcast, plus those that can sell tickets, serve behind the bar, direct traffic and take money at the gate. The club are also looking for a volunteer Stadium Announcer who will be responsible for operating the tannoy system on matchdays.

Last but not least, Rangers first team are looking for a Kit-Person for matchdays home and away. You would be responsible for conveying the kit and setting it out in the dressing room prior to the match, filling water bottles and setting up the VEO camera. You will also collect the kit after the match in preparation for its conveyance to the launderer. Full training will be provided. The position will entitle you to free entry to all games, home and away and the cost of travel expenses.
