August Bank Holiday Monday will se us make the relatively short trip to Kings Langley for a SSMFL Premier Division game. This will be the first meeting of the two clubs since the SSMFL Division One Cup Final at London Colney, some 14 years ago. Kings triumphed that day with a 3-0 scoreline.

Kings Langley, like ourselves have had a mixed bag of results in the league, wins over Wormley Rovers (3-2) and Crawley Green (6-1), a draw with AFC Welwyn (0-0) with two defeats Haringey Borough (2-1) and Cockfosters (1-0). In the cups a defeat to Cockfosters in a replay ended Kings interest in the Emirates FA Cup while the dispensed Penn & Tylers Green by a solitary goal at French School Meadow in their opening Isuzu FA Vase on Saturday.
